8 Weeks of Contemplating Death


Join us for 8 weeks of death contemplations, using meditations from the book, How To Die in Mexico. We will meet on Zoom Thursdays at 9am Pacific Time. Expect a guided meditation, followed by time spent journaling and time for sharing. Sessions will be 60-90 minutes long, depending on how large our group is.

Past participants have found these sessions beneficial for addressing grief, personal fear of death or fear of losing a loved one. Some say it has helped them to find greater meaning, and peace, in their daily lives. What can meditating on death do for you? Try it and find out! There is no obligation to attend all eight sessions.
